We aim to create sites that integrate well into established industrial areas and offer dependable service over many years.
Land Requirements
We are actively searching for land that meets the following criteria:
Size
Ideally 5,000 to 15,000 sq ft (approx. 0.1 – 0.35 acres), though slightly larger sites may also be considered
Surface
Existing hardstanding such as concrete or tarmac
Use Class
Established or historic B8 (storage and distribution) use
Condition
Sites with existing yards, compounds, or previous container/storage history are particularly suitable.
Location
- Industrial estates
- Commercial zones
- Established employment areas
- Not within residential neighbourhoods
Each site is assessed individually, with flexibility regarding layout, access, and operational configuration.
Tenure
Minimum 10-year lease preferred
